Additional Information
As a vendor, you are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up and stay for the entirety of the event.
We will have Connect t-shirts available for purchase for $20. CASH ONLY. NO CHANGE GIVEN.
NEW in 2024
No weapons allowed and all guests required to go through metal detectors.
We strongly encourage vendors to bring their own disinfecting spray, wipes, and hand sanitizer to help fight the spread of Shigella.
For Vehicle Vendors:
Fuel fill ports need to be secured against unauthorized entry.
Keys to the vehicles will need to be left with event managers at the facility.
Arrive on the day of the Connect by or before 8:45am. A Fire Marshal will arrive at the Connect to inspect that requirements have been met.

At WCFR, we nourish our clients through nutritious scratch-made meals using fresh ingredients sourced from large pass-through organizations, wholesalers, grocers, growers, and others. The generosity of these organizations, foundation grants, and private donations allows our program families to receive nutritious meals and groceries at no cost. If you are an adult woman in need of food assistance, please register for our services on our website. As of June 14, 2023, we no longer register participants in the car line or walk-up line as you wait for your meals and groceries. You must complete the online registration form prior to joining the line. No qualifying or paperwork is required, and registration is needed only once per year. Community Services
Yoyot Sp'q'n'i strives to empower and uplift the Indigenous community in our community. YS provides services, Peer support, and advocacy to prevent people from becoming missing and murdered. We are bringing awareness, prevention and prevention services to the Missing, Murdered, and Indigenous Women and Peoples issue in our city and region, and to uplift our BIPOC communities by advocacy, support, and empowering people to thrive.

Youth & Family Services
We serve women, men, children, and families who are impacted by intimate partner domestic violence, homelessness, and unemployment through our free, trauma-informed, confidential programs and services. Additionally we offer Early Childhood Education through our state sponsored ECEAP program which is free pre-school for qualifying families.
