Aging & Long Term Care of Eastern Washington (ALTCEW) is a social service agency that helps older adults and adults living with disabilities discover the resources needed to plan, prepare for and support living independently in Ferry, Stevens, Pend Oreille, Spokane, and Whitman Counties. This agency provides services such as case management for people needing a caregiver, information and referrals, answers to questions about Medicare and Medicaid, and more.

The Community Care Hub helps people access what they need to be healthy by connecting them with a Community Based Worker who provides one-on-one support and guidance throughout the systems and process.
