Justice Services
The Diversion and Deflection Program assists individuals involved in the criminal justice system in being diverted or released from jail and into treatment with community-based behavioral health providers. It aims to avoid unnecessary competency evaluations and incarcerations, and reduce recidivism.
Spokane County Library District (SCLD) 🧡🩵
Community Services
SCLD offers 10 full-service libraries and its mobile library, LINC, serving residents in Spokane County. Each library has on-site technology such as Wi-Fi, computer stations with software, and printers. Most of the libraries also provide free use of meeting rooms, access to books and other free materials. Both campuses offer a range of support services designed to help students succeed in their learning. These services include navigation assistance for childcare, housing, food and hygiene resources, and other essential needs. Each campus has dedicated navigators who work closely with students and the community to connect them with appropriate support.
Spokane Helpers Network 🩵

We are an all-volunteer non-profit organization that seeks to help meet the urgent nutritional needs of Spokane County residents who are struggling financially. We do this by delivering food and other necessities directly to the homes of those who cannot access food banks.
Spokane Housing Authority ⭐🧡🩵
Housing Services
Spokane Housing Authority provides housing assistance through tenant-based vouchers, project-based vouchers, and SHA-managed apartment communities. Guests can visit the SHA table to get information on waiting lists or assistance with voucher processes.

The Spokane People’s Calendar connects people with local events and opportunities to get involved in building positive change in our community. We’re also organizing around three ballot initiatives to get money out of politics, bring ranked choice voting, and establish universal healthcare in Washington.

Spokane Public Library 🧡

Public library serving residents of Spokane and Spokane County. We will have a table to provide information about the library, our services, and our resources. We will be able to create a library card on the spot for anyone that has photo ID.
Spokane Regional Domestic Violence Coalition 🧡
Community Services
Spokane Regional Domestic Violence Coalition, active since the early 1990s, works to eliminate domestic violence through partnerships with community agencies, including law enforcement, government, victim advocates, treatment providers, schools, and family services. The Coalition focuses on prevention, public education, and ongoing collaboration to eradicate domestic violence. SRDVC will provide DV resource flyers and various handouts.

As a leader in public health, we partner with the community to protect, promote and improve the health, wellness, safety and quality of life for all people in Spokane County. We offer naloxone kits, toothbrushes, medication lockboxes, smoke quit kits, first aid kits, public health information, and other resources.
